BOXILATES™ was born out of Jenna’s desire to marry her two fitness loves, Boxing and Pilates, in a safe, effective and engaging way. She also wanted to provide women (and men) a less intimidating experience of Boxing that can come with traditional male dominated Boxing gyms and studios.

After falling in love with the cardio workout and stress release of Boxing (not to mention the mental health benefits) and also being passionate about healthy body function, movement and postural alignment, Jenna completed her full STOTT® Pilates certification in 2013 followed by a Punchfit Boxing course. Also an avid lover of nature and surfing, Jenna also runs amazing Balance Breaks through her other business Paper Tiger Wellness, with co-founder Casey Beros.
